These run shorts are extremely thin and lightweight. Breathable. Very comfortable. Technical fabric to wick away the sweat and not stick to you like cotton. 

The female shorts come with an internal panty liner. These shorts are SHORT. Very short.  Similar to Lulu shorts, approximately 3 inches.
