I’ve been taking these greens for about two months now. I have increased energy, better sleep, and even reduced appetite throughout the day. These flavors all taste great. No bland chalky taste like the competition.
I love them all! Base Greens taste great. They mix well and are convenient to take on the go. I do wish they were also offered for sale in a larger container size.
I rely on these for running and fasting ... it's the perfect product to maintain a healthy electrolytes balance.
I get this mix regularly and use it for breakfast or mid afternoon snack attacks. I love the flavor and love knowing it's nutritious and good for me. It won't spoil my training meal plans.

Simply the best hydration I came across in 25 years! Took me 2 full Iron Man and 20 ultras before I found the product that kept me hydrated and eliminated all cramping!! simply the best product out there for endurance racing! just PR my 23rd ultra race and the base nutrition will get me to my goal of 25 finishes! when it comes to trying something different, nonnegotiable based performance is the only way to go!!
Enjoy the salt content. Being a heavy sweater, it helps maintain the sodium and maintain hydration.
