I was training for my first triathon, a half Ironman, and mini calf cramps kept coming on. Bestie recommended this…worked great on a training ride and then used it during my event. It was hot/himid and as many were stopping for cramping, I was able to keep going.
Been using base salt for a couple years now. 2 licks every mile and a half and it helps tremendously with my running and electrolytes. I’m a big sweater and it’s been a blessing for me!
Super convenient I used for my 70.3 I am a salty sweater and would’ve died without it. Easy to use on the bike and the run will be ordering a lot more!
I enjoy the flavors of the Base Greens and I feel I get a boost of energy after drinking them. I've tried other green drinks but these by far are the best out there. Keep up the good work BASE!!
