These are my absolute favorite greens! Most greens I've tried, while healthy, taste like grass and don't mix unless you use a blender. BASE Greens are delicious and I just use a baby whisk with no trouble or big lumps. They start my day with a feeling of rejuvenation and energy, as if they're satisfying what my body is craving. I get this mix regularly and use it for breakfast or mid afternoon snack attacks. I love the flavor and love knowing it's nutritious and good for me. It won't spoil my training meal plans.
