Ambassador -> Jamey Moeding

Jamey lives in Huron S.D., is 35 and a father of three awesome kids, and is happily married to Becky Moeding. He is still fairly new to triathlon although he has done a ton of research and training.

My journey started off because of frustration at my job, I decided to start running and loose some weight. I went from 215lbs to 185lbs over the course of 2 years. My attitude has changed 180 degrees and I am much happier in life now having an outlet and something to drive toward.

While training Jamey saw his first Ironman on tv and that was all it took! He was hooked.

I thought if an 80 year old guy can do that I should be able too!
