I love Base Performance products.  I have been using the Base Multi Vitamin for about 3 years and by far is the best multi vitamin on the market.  Having been diagnosed as anemic, this product has helped me keep my iron levels up in order to perform at my best.  I have never had any stomach discomfort that can come from taking iron supplements.  I also use the Base Amino Acid and Base Recovery Activator.  - Darla Shinn - Houston, Texas

Accessibly Consistent

Base Salts have been a staple within my nutrition regiment for so many races and training months at this point because the mechanism is effective and super efficient. It's not just salt

While hiking the Appalachian Trail this year, I had a couple of moments where I was completely run down. I've tried pink Himalayan sea salt, mustard packets, none of them did much. Only this electrolyte salt gave my body the recharge it needed to continue on for miles. And, it only took 3-5 minutes for the effect to kick in. Plus, the little salt vile (which I had to place in a Ziplock bag due to moisture issues) was perfect to keep in my front pouche.

Perfect for Hydration

I play tennis for 3 plus hours each day and I add this product to my electrolyte water for added hydration and to my yogurt for lunch. I was cramping even with an electrolyte drink but not anymore. Highly recommend.

The application of Base salts can be as regimented as one prefers. I very much like that I can measure my intake so easily and, by extension, make adjustments throughout my training/racing calendar.
