Love the tubes!
So easy to put a tube in a pocket. I only carry water on my long runs and my gels have no sodium so this is a perfect way to make sure I get electrolytes!

Gels 10/10! But the RKT fuel 0/10
Gels are excellent 10/10! But the RKT fuel, it taste really bad. I have been using the gels and they worked like no other gels! For long runs it give me energy, hadn't experiences cramps since I started using them.

Easy and excellent
I first discovered Base Salt during an Ironman race. I was struggling with severe cramping on the run, but after trying it at a water stop, the cramps disappeared almost instantly. I went on to finish the race with a great time. I’ve been using it ever since.
