While hiking the Appalachian Trail this year, I had a couple of moments where I was completely run down. I've tried pink Himalayan sea salt, mustard packets, none of them did much. Only this electrolyte salt gave my body the recharge it needed to continue on for miles. And, it only took 3-5 minutes for the effect to kick in. Plus, the little salt vile (which I had to place in a Ziplock bag due to moisture issues) was perfect to keep in my front pouche.
I play tennis for 3 plus hours each day and I add this product to my electrolyte water for added hydration and to my yogurt for lunch. I was cramping even with an electrolyte drink but not anymore. Highly recommend.

The colours of the trisuit are great as is the trucker hat. I am not a big fan of daily greens or protein powders but the other products including Lytes, Gels and Base bars and Stroopwafels are great. I have not ridden with them yet but the fit is great. A bit snug but they have always ended up stretching just enough for easier donning and doffing. The colors are spectacular!
