Daily Schedule

Swim

3,000 - 3,500 yards per workout (Thu-Sun)

*Distance is optional

Bike

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday

Includes Sugar Loaf mountain climb

Run

  • Thursday: 20-30 min off bike (flat trail)
  • Friday: 45-60 min at Clay Trails
  • Saturday: 15-25 min off bike (flat, easy)
  • Sunday: 90 min - 2.5 hours at Lake Apopka (flat, easy)

Important Notes:

  • Arrive Wednesday to be ready for Thursday 8 AM start
